Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Elavate XY.
Should you receive an incorrect item, we are more than willing to facilitate an exchange or provide a refund.
Refunds: Should a refund be deemed necessary, we will initiate the refund process for your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
We would like to emphasize that we treat chargebacks with utmost seriousness. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior communication with our customer support, serious consequences will follow.
This includes a ban not only from Elavate XY but also from other online vendors. Additionally, all information associated with the order will be banned. We also reserve the right to share these details with other online vendors to collectively protect their businesses and ours from scammers.
Customer Policy: We hold a firm zero-tolerance stance towards scammers and testers.
Return Process: Elavate XY does not accept any returns. In the unlikely event of a customer being unsatisfied with a product, we will provide a full refund if the customer can provide a plausible reason for them no longer wanting to use the product. NOTE: The refund will only be initiated IF the evidence or reason provided by the customer is justifiable according to Elavate XY’s Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us at elevatexy@proton.me, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Please be aware that once an order has been collected by the courier, we cannot guarantee interception. If you still choose to return the item, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable, and the responsibility for return shipping costs will lie with the buyer.
While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging and safe delivery, if items are received damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately. We will collaborate with you to address the issue.
Missing Items: If you discover a product missing from your order, please contact us and provide the necessary details.
Upon verifying the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly dispatch the missing item to you.
Documentation and Fraud Prevention: To maintain transparency and counter fraudulent claims, we meticulously document, weigh, and photograph all orders before shipping.
